By using a design sprint approach, we focused on aligning on key goals and addressing the core challenges facing the firm.

With the goal clearly defined, I led a thorough market analysis to gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. As the only designer on the team, I found this step invaluable in guiding our design decisions. The ideation process became a continuous cycle of convergence and divergence. I would sketch out ideas, then gather the team to discuss and refine them. From user flows to UI concepts, I explored a broad spectrum of possibilities, ensuring we pursued novelty while remaining open to innovative solutions. The objective was clear: create a distinctive platform that would truly stand out in a crowded market.

The website now serves as a comprehensive hub, clearly showcasing SPC & Associates’ offerings and making it easy for users to navigate. A key feature is a dedicated section for job postings, where SPC & Associates can effortlessly list available positions they are recruiting for. This section simplifies the recruitment process for both candidates and the recruitment team, eliminating the need for scattered postings across multiple platforms. By centralizing the job listings on the website, we’ve made it easier for potential candidates to explore opportunities and apply, while providing a more efficient, organized approach for SPC & Associates’ recruitment efforts.

Embarking on the journey to align SPC with the digital era, I saw an opportunity to establish a unified visual language. I developed a Clear Design System (CDS) as a cornerstone for design coherence across the board. Driven by a blend of necessity and passion, I took it upon myself to create the CDS alongside the website development. This ensured a vibrant, consistent design and laid the foundation for future updates and developments.
